CANCELLATIONS:

Verve has a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will be charged for the full price of your appointment should you not cancel prior to the 24 hour window. 

PAPERWORK:

You can fill out paperwork ahead of your appointment.

FACILITIES:

Our facility is located at 5012 Sandlewood Drive, Raleigh, NC 27609. You can park in the driveway should it only be Dr. Scott’s car in the driveway. Otherwise, there is plenty of street parking.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Please bring previous applicable medical records to your first appointment including discs with imaging. We are also happy to collaborate with your other providers to offer you the absolute best care.
